InstaWish is a free online tool that lets you create animated birthday greeting cards and share them via a unique URL. All card data is encoded in the URL and is not stored on our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create cards containing abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to block or remove content that violates this policy.

No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

InstaWish and Maveec Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to issues related to shared links, card rendering, or third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

The templates, design, and code that power InstaWish are the property of Maveec Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
